This agreement outlines the scope of work and agreed upon services Backflip Media will render to client as follows:

1. Meet & Greet

  • Backflip Media will conduct a 30-minute meet & greet with the client to outline the process, timelines, media spend, and get to know the client’s team.
  • The client will provide Backflip Media with brand assets and access to advertising platforms.
  • The client will install Google Tag Manager (Backflip Media will create a GTM container and send over installation instructions) on their website and other digital properties to begin gathering and analyzing audience insights. If a client already has a GTM Container, the client will grant Backflip Media correct access and permissions to the GTM installed on their website and other digital properties.

2. Kick Off Call

  • The kick off call can be scheduled one week after the meet & greet, provided the client has first completed the action items outlined in the Meet & Greet section.
  • Backflip Media will use the week to analyze the audience, research the client’s organization, brainstorm ideas and strategy, and outline a campaign plan to present on the kick off call.
  • The campaign plan will be finalized and sent to the client for review and approval within 1 week after the Kick Off Call. The client must approve in writing the campaign plan to move onto the creative creation step.

3. Creative Creation

  • Backflip Media will create the necessary deliverables for the campaigns and send them to the client for edits and approval.
  • Backflip Media will provide up to two rounds of edits on any creatives or deliverables.
  • If more than two rounds of edits are requested, an additional creative cost of $1,000 may be incurred.
  • The client must approve all creatives in order to move onto the Launch phase.

4. Launch

  • Once the ads are approved, Backflip Media will build out the various sizes used on different advertising platforms.
  • Backflip Media will launch the campaigns according to the approved campaign plan and approved creatives.

5. Reporting

  • Backflip Media will send written bi-weekly reports summarizing and interpreting the cumulative results of currently running campaigns.

6. Quarterly Results

  • Backflip Media will meet with the client every 3 months (quarterly) to review results, discuss learnings and optimizations, and to ensure that Backflip Media is leveraging any exciting updates from the client’s organization.

7. Renewal Report

  • At the end of the first year’s engagement, Backflip Media will present to the client all of the work and successes that Backflip Media accomplished for the client over the past year.

Communication Timeline:

  • Email: 1 business day
  • Calls: Scheduled with calendar link 1 week in advance

Out of Office (OOO):

  • Backflip Media strives to provide ample opportunity for its employees to rest and play. While your primary point of contact is out of office, there will be support from other team members. However, your campaigns need to be planned far enough in advance that a team member’s time off shouldn’t affect campaigns or strategy.

Expectations:

  • Clients will provide Backflip Media with all necessary brand assets and design elements before scheduling their kick off call.
  • Clients will grant Backflip Media access to their various social media, Google, Feathr, etc. accounts with permissions that enable Backflip Media to implement tracking, conversion reporting, audience analysis, campaign creation, and launch before scheduling their kick off call.
  • Clients will install Google Tag Manager on their website, if they do not already have it, before scheduling their kick off call. If a client already has a Google Tag Manager that they own installed on their website, the client will ensure Backflip Media has necessary permissions to effectively implement tracking and analytics before scheduling their kick off call.
  • Clients will schedule all calls with Backflip Media 1 week in advance via the scheduling link provided.
  • Clients will consolidate all internal feedback during the creative creation phase into two rounds of comprehensive edits.
